My story started in a small village in Afghanistan, where I lost my father at the age of six. As the eldest son in a family with no walls around our home and barely enough to survive, I faced a choice that no child should have to make: give up or fight for a future. I chose to fight not just for myself, but for my mother and my four-year-old brother.

Those early years taught me lessons that no classroom ever could. Working as a laborer in my village, I learned the value of each penny, every opportunity, and every relationship. But I also learned that survival alone is not enough we must dream bigger. That dream took me from Afghanistan to Karachi, from Karachi to the UAE as a laborer, and through sheer determination, I rose to become a foreman and then a site supervisor. But my vision extended beyond the horizons I could see. I sought asylum in the Netherlands, not to escape, but to gain the freedom to build something greater. In 2008, with AED 60,000 borrowed funds and hard-earned savings. I returned to the UAE and founded Road Stone. I chose the transportation sector because I saw potential where others saw complexity. The early years tested every ounce of my resilience. There were losses that kept me awake at night and victories that fueled my determination.

2020 marked our turning point. We pivoted from import-export to focus entirely on rental services, and we never looked back. Today, Road Stone stands as a testament to what’s possible when unwavering commitment meets strategic vision. From a child laborer with no formal education to leading a company that serves the UAE’s most demanding industries, my journey proves one fundamental truth: Your starting point does not determine your destination , your determination does.
